When someone is mean, distant, compliant — whatever — they’re revealing their inner state now. Not their childhood. Not their parents. Not the story of their trauma.
Right here, right now, they’re showing whether they’re at peace in their own life, or living from contraction, resentment, or fear.
We still live inside a straight-line myth — cause first, effect later. That works for machines, not for consciousness.
Life isn’t a line. It folds back on itself. Every moment
echoes and generates at once.
What we call “the past” is being rendered now by the frequency we’re
holding in the present.
So when someone says, “I’m like this because of my past,” they’re freezing a living loop. The past isn’t a museum. It’s the shadow cast by your current coherence.
Awareness can only steer from this point in time.
When people act cruelly, submissively, evasively — you’re hearing the music of their present coherence, or the lack of it.
Conditioning may have written the first notes, but the song
keeps being rewritten.
Each moment of attention updates the code.
Their behavior isn’t a relic; it’s a choice to maintain a familiar, fragile pattern.
We are standing waves. The so-called past is just stored resonance. The self you meet is the waveform being broadcast right now.
Psychology gave us language, but chained us to retrospection — digging in ruins as if that could restore life. But memory isn’t a vault. Every recall reshapes it. So the more we revisit wounds, the more we reinforce the walls that hold them.
Ask the only question that matters: What field am I sustaining now? Are my emotions, thoughts, and actions coherent — or entropic? Life-giving, or draining?
It’s easy to hand responsibility to others. It wins sympathy. Belonging. The comfort of being “right.” But it steals growth, energy, and understanding of natural law.
The instant you locate cause inside yourself, agency returns. Responsibility stops being blame, and becomes authorship.
“I am the generator of this frequency. Therefore I can retune it.”
That is alchemy — turning explanation into expression.
Excuses collapse.
Power re-enters.
Coherence stops depending on history or authority.
That’s local sovereignty — the self reclaiming its right to tune itself within the collective field.
Still, humanity keeps searching for causes back then or out there. Civilization worships elsewhen.
Remembering — as usually practiced — is counter-productive. It’s not recollection; it’s recreation. It re-energizes the old pattern and drains power from the present.
This exile in time sustains entire industries that promise healing while keeping attention elsewhere.
Until perception stabilizes in the present field, no true healing — personal or collective — can occur.
We are moving from story-based psychology to direct field awareness.
Healing isn’t remembering differently; it’s resonating differently.
The nervous system becomes an antenna, not an archive.
And when that shift anchors, the old hierarchies of “past expertise” dissolve on their own. Nothing to fix. Only to tune.
The past isn’t behind you. It’s unused potential — waiting to be rewritten by your next moment of clarified seeing that dissolves distortion.
